Type : Air Swept Impact Mill with Whizzer Classifier operation in closed circuit.
Body : Solid cast iron, machined and aligned on strong cast iron base, with top covers bolted together for easy opening and cleaning or for inspection. Special pocket is provided to collect foreign objects like bolts, nuts, pieces of metal etc. that may be mixed with the material to be pulverized.
Crushing Chamber ; Lined with renewable solid cast iron breaker plates.
Rotor : Machined mild steel thick plates mounted on main shaft.
Shaft : Solid Stainless steel of ample dimension.
Classifier : Stainless steel whizzer classifier with adjustable spider to control fineness of ground powder upto 300 mesh depending on the type of material to be pulverized.
Hammers : Stainless steel, hard faced with manganese steel electrodes and balanced.
Blower : Paddle type with replaceable blades.
Cyclone : Stainless steel sheet fabricated.
Dust Collector : Top and Bottom halves of Mild steel sheet, to be inner connected by cotton dust collecting bags.
Motor : 10 HP 440 volts three phase AC only.
